Terms and Conditions of sale

PRICES - We will endeavour to maintain prices until 1st April 2009 however, we reserve the right to change prices without notice, due to circumstances beyond our control.

DELIVERY - We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days from receipt of order.  Our minimum order value is £40.  Next Day delivery is available at a surcharge (Surcharge rate available on application)

GROUP ACCOUNTS DELIVERY - Please refer to your head office contact or Kidscope Sales Representative for the specifics of your company's contract with us.

CLAIMS - Damaged goods or short orders must be notified to Kidscope, within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

PAYMENT-30 days from date of invoice. First orders are supplied on a payment on delivery basis.

TITLE - Goods remain the property of Kidscope, until the relevant payment has been cleared through our bankers. Kidscope reserves the right to uplift goods, which remain unpaid for at any time.

VAT-VAT will be charged on all qualifying products at the current rate

Although our paint is made by one of the UK's leading manufacturers, with the wide variety of fabrics used today it is virtually impossible to manufacture colours, which will not stain one or more of these materials. For paint stains the manufacturer recommends washing immediately with soap and warm water.
